Delivery

OVERVIEW

We aim to have items with in-stock inventory delivered to UK addresses within 5-10 working days of receiving your order. During public holidays and/or busy periods, please allow longer for delivery time. Out of stock or pre-order items acquire longer lead times, if you would like more information regarding specific delivery dates for items, please contact our Customer Service.

PRE-ORDER

Any dates specified are not guaranteed as we are reliant on suppliers, please be assured that items are dispatched as soon as they arrive with us. Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, however, you can still return your item/(s) within 14 days. Please see our Returns Policy.

HANDLING

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. In the event that an item is damaged during transit, we ask that you fully inspect your items upon delivery and notify our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt of any damage or defect for proper resolutions.

Please note: some items are natural elements which will contain variances in colour, shape, texture, patterns, and markings.
